Why do I love coffee? Some might think it’s simply about the taste, the caffeine kick, or the ritual of sipping a hot beverage in the morning. But for me, it’s more than that. My love for coffee is rooted in the people who make it, the opportunities it provides, and the community it fosters.

Coffee begins its journey as a humble seed planted in the rich, fertile soils of coffee-producing regions across the globe. It takes a host of dedicated individuals to nurture this seed into a fully-grown coffee plant, to harvest the ripe coffee cherries, and to process, sort, and roast the beans to perfection. This process requires skill, knowledge, and hard work. It’s a global symphony of people all contributing their part to create the final product that ends up in our cups. When I sip my coffee, I think of these people and I appreciate the effort that goes into every step of the journey from seed to cup.
