6 Steps to achieving your goals

Turn your goals into habits to see real success

Step 1: Identify the large goal you want to achieve.

  • Write a paragraph about the specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound goal you want to achieve.
  • Describe why this goal is important to you, and how it aligns with your values and priorities.

Step 2: Break down the large goal into smaller, more manageable chunks.

  • Write a list of specific and actionable smaller goals that represent progress towards the larger goal.
  • For each smaller goal, write a sentence or two about how it helps move you closer to the larger goal.

Step 3: Identify the habits or behaviors that will help you achieve each of the smaller goals.

  • Write a list of specific and measurable habits or behaviors that will help you achieve each of the smaller goals.
  • For each habit, write a sentence or two about how it supports the achievement of the corresponding smaller goal.

Step 4: Create a plan for incorporating these habits into your daily routine.
